Candle Care Instructions

To get the most out of your ScentZ of FaiTh handcrafted candles, please follow these simple care tips.

First Burn

Allow your candle to burn until the entire top layer of wax has melted to the edges on the first use. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of your candle.

Trim Your Wick

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch. This helps control the flame size, reduces soot, and extends the life of your candle.

Burn Time

Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting. 

Safety Tips

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials, and direct sunlight.
• Stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom. 

Wax Melt Care

Use only with an approved wax melt warmer. Replace wax melts when the scent has faded. Never add water or fragrance oils to your warmer.

Storage

Store your candles and wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance and color.
